Mary Izett is a fixture in the New York City homebrew scene, and she's just released an awesome quick-brewing book that documents many of her awesome fast fermenting recipes, Speed Brewing: Techniques and Recipes for Fast-Fermenting Beers, Ciders, Meads, and More. Mary is also one-half of Cuzett Libations along with her partner Chris Cuzme.
