Several of Ben’s beers have landed in the black glasses over the years, and they’re almost always well received, so we were excited to talk to Ben about his brewing processes and philosophy. We also discuss OEC’s link to B. United (Ben’s father’s beer importing company) and how that business spawned the creativity behind OEC.
