Happy Monday, Thieves! We’ve all been following closely the work of Brienne Allan (AKA @ratmagnet on Instagram) over the last week and half. Instead of having the discussion among the four of us (all straight white cis men), we asked former Executive Director of the New Jersey Brewer's Association, Alexis Degan, and current Head Brewer at Sam Adams Boston Taproom, Megan Parisi, to join us to discuss the routine instances of sexism and toxic behavior they experience daily as women in the beer industry.
