JOHN HOLL is the senior editor of Craft Beer and Brewing Magazine. He's the author of both The American Craft Beer Cookbook and Dishing Up New Jersey. A journalist since 1996 his work has appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and Wine Enthusiast.
